Fermented in concrete tanks & large wooden vats, aged for 9 months. Sumptuous Syrah, sometimes overlooked, offering with aromas of fresh sweet berry fruits and hints of floral and pepper spice. On the palate lively blackberry and cherry flavors with black pepper, great mouthfeel. Soft tannins, lingering youthful finish carrying the fruit to the ending. Great value.

Meaty, peppery, animal nose, with a palate of cherry and black peppercorns. Slightly gravelly. Smooth tannins, and long finish.
