Long, long, long. Fireworks with food. I can't think of better QPR for a world class wine than this (and other Equipo Navazos offerings).

I wish I was a sherry fan because this one is supposed to be great. So sour on the finish.

Had this at dinner with soup and it was fantastic it one of the best restaurants in Spain

Ambar pálido con cierta turbiedad. Espectacularmente aromática. Frutos secos, miel y bajamar. Fresca, salina y muy muy persistente. Perfecta para maridajes atrevidos.

Saca 2011, very evolved and complex, lost a bit of the freshness but gained a beautiful dry fruitiness. Superb!
