Grilled nuts, vanilla, honey, apples. Seems unfortified. Really fine. #manzanilla

Beautifully Salty, sort of pear/ Green apple goodness. On a hot August eve, that funk is quite refreshing.
As Townsend said” Extra, extra, miracle cure”
Wow…The beach.

Excellent Fresh Manzanilla! Feels light. Bracing. Briny. Can’t beat this w a pile of olives.

The aroma is so rejuvenatingly fresh. Birch juice, honeyed pear, green apples, yeast, green olives, and ocean breeze. Very long tangy finish with a touch of butterscotch. Very crisp, rounded, softened around the edges - there’s some pungency to it but it’s integrated. This is the most drinkable of the en rama sherries I’ve tried. Note that this is the 2014 bottling, 4-5 yr aging.
