Fine, but underwhelming. Like an unbalanced Cotes du Rhone that's a bit too alcoholic... but not enough so to feel even the least bit scandalous. Was hoping for something a little sexier.

Give it a little time to breath. A hint of spice on the nose with tree fruit and maybe some floral in there. Black fruit on the palate with nice acidity and gentle tannins. Medium bodied. Nice lingering finish. I’d drink a bottle of it by itself (if hangovers didn’t exist).

My first glass was just ok. The second day it was better after it had breathed, but the third day was not good despite taking the air out. Probably wouldn't buy again.

Dry and spicy, but not overly flavorful. I was craving more oak and something to stand out, but it never came. I'd drink it again, but wouldn't go out of my way to do so.
