Enzo Pasquale Praesidium
Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore Montepulciano

This vintage is darker and more concentrated than in the past, and at 14,5%, this is not your standard rose'. Raspberry, strawberry, an overall smoky/earthy feel, and minimal funk for a natural wine. A touch of sweetness shows up on the finish. Consistently good, year after year.

Also funky but less than the Emidio. More acidity than Emidio, which is nice opposite the strawberry/cherry fruit.

Still one of my favorite rose' wines from Italy. The 2014 is a bit sweeter than previous vintages, but it's still great.
