Enzo Pasquale Praesidium

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 2010

This was very good right after opening, and continued for days afterward. Full bodied and concentrated but evenly balanced. It had typical praesidium character with a hint of oxidation that I love. — 23 days ago

Luci Praesidium Bianco Terre Aquilane Trebbiano 2020

I’m a big fan. Characteristic oxidized expression, big body, sharp acidity, and apple-y, lemon-y fruit. @opentuesdaywines.com — a month ago

Riserva Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 2013

Very interesting day one. Very high acidity w funky nose after uncorking. Almost shocking acidity. Dark ripe stone fruit. After a bit of air, mellows and becomes more balanced. Really liked it regardless of when I tasted. But Not so interesting day two and three. Would definitely buy again. — 5 years ago

Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore Montepulciano 2015

This vintage is darker and more concentrated than in the past, and at 14,5%, this is not your standard rose'. Raspberry, strawberry, an overall smoky/earthy feel, and minimal funk for a natural wine. A touch of sweetness shows up on the finish. Consistently good, year after year. — 7 years ago
