Hi toned red cranberry and currant. Slightly green with a piercing mineral element. Agree w other notes reminiscent of Beaujolais cru (esp Fleurie).

Best Envinate Canary Island red I’ve had. 100 year old vines. Reminds me of great Beaujolais.

Atlantic Ocean at his best ! Brilliant mineral background to fresh red berries ( not quite ripped ) with a touch of citrus … One can feel the Alisios Winds at first tasty taste …

Earthy, oaky, light bodied, fruity finish.

Light cranberry strawberry fruit, minerals and moderate tannins

So far I really don't get the hype around these. Smells like toe cheese and cat poop. Opens up a bit more with some vague fruit notes down the line, but this is just too cheesy and acidic and weird for me.

What does suckling pig need? This! Red berries and stones, with good acidity

Peppers, acid and sour fruits. Light wine with lots of depth.
