Crisp and fresh. Bright. Not buttery. Got notes of lemon. Pairs well with shellfish. Loved it with Alaskan crab legs.

Very cool find. Lots of fresh apple on the nose; Granny Smith and golden delicious. The palate is bright and crisp. Lemon, under ripe peach, nectarine, pine nuts. Finishes with a hint of butter and stony minerals. Really well balanced.

Right up my alley. Bright and crisp with balanced acidity. Big green apple nose but more stone fruits and lemon on the palate with the faintest hint of butter. Perfect with crab legs I mean perfect.
