Feb 1st, 2016Very cool find. Lots of fresh apple on the nose; Granny Smith and golden delicious. The palate is bright and crisp. Lemon, under ripe peach, nectarine, pine nuts. Finishes with a hint of butter and stony minerals. Really well balanced.
