What’s the point of rating something this old? Fascinating, funky, and weird. Just what one might expect. Rapidly changed over an hour, up, down, up again till finally landing as almost pure vinegar.

Dry, fresh and acidic, lots of tannins. Light berry flavors with a hint of sweetness. Very nice wine.
