Nice. Enjoyed over a couple days and held up well. Natural without veering too far into annoying funky or cidery territory. Mouth filling with good sour citrus and a pleasing finish.

Light body, but very pungent, with bold floral notes and hints of quince and sweet apricot. The wine pairs well with spicy crawfish, and the light body leads to a delicate, somewhat creamy and peachy palate, although it’s somewhat short-lived, with a somewhat wet-old-sponge flavor popping up as it warmed, with a finish leaving a lingering, fresh finish of light citrus.
