Citrus, lime, ginger, minerals, very clean. Grapefruit. Palate has wild high acid, huge citrus fruit and long tangy finish. Needs air but fascinating and delicious as always. Long. Almost tannic and has some good structure as well.

Unchanged from last time a stunning highly turbid natural wine. Quite tannic. Excellent but not for the faint of heart. See my previous notes.

Jun 4th, 2019Very cloudy needs to settle down. This is an insane white!!! From E&M. Just a touch of peach but then amazing spice cardamom? For a white really? White peach. Hint of Green pepper. Wild apples. This has a bite. The best Müller Thurgau i ever had and one of the most interesting whites ever. 2017 E&M‘s Rock. Really!

Nice wine. Orangeish. Appley nose, in a very dry cider kind of way. Lots of texture, almost tannic. Finish is a bit light / lacking in acid but still nice.

R - Opaque, rusty amber
N - apricot saison, new leaves, mint, the breath of a lover, like Fleurie gamay
B - absolutely marvelous texture, apricot nectar, everything right in balance and still surprising. One of the greatest MTs I’ve tasted. Enderle & Moll, goddamn yr good.
