On the Lawn for Sting tonight!
Very floral, needing several hours to open up. Guessing the '14 is going to peak in about two years.
Day 5: Finally finishing this bottle, not sure how this is possible, but the acidity actually picked up! New projection is another 3+ years of life left. Beautiful.

Mind bending as promised. Creamy, honeycomb, slight caramel/oxidative, rather heavy midpalate weight, but then it perplexes with its cheek twisting limestone dry finish. A wine to contemplate. Who knew they could make amazing white wine too....

Terrific and unique MT. Huge expressive nose of ripe citrus, a richness, some tropical fruits as well, but also a firm minerality. Also a powdered sugar element on the nose. Just beautiful. Palate is explosive and rich, with lovely opulence and good acid/citrus/tang on the finish. Long long finish.
