Second bottle this week. Same vintage 2014 what a difference! Out of the gate awesome. The other bottle was just flawed. I took it off the website. Refined cherry 🍒 so soft. More in 20 min. Orange juice, raspberry, resinous, 🌿 Black Forest herbs. Very very classic Enderle & Moll. A benchmark wine. Boy is this good. I would suggest however to drink up. And while these are getting more expensive I bought into the 2021 vintage and will visit them in June. They have shown that their wines WILL age. Essentially drank the bottle myself at the party.

Herbal shapeshifter. I think this one needs some time. Drink the Liaison now.

Ridiculous pale in color. Thyme nose. White pepper and dark berries but which one? in the glass. Genius wine making in the bottle in a difficult year. Needs days to open up. I not kidding!!!😎. Was opened on Friday night poured from the bottle into a thermos on Saturday as a secret stash for an open air Adams family musical and just now shows its full potential Sunday afternoon out of the thermos.

Very light in color. Grows on sandstone - old vines. Extremely difficult to read at this stage. The classic herbaceous terroir of the sites north of Freiburg on the slopes of the black forrest shines through. Chalky after 3 hours the wine mellows out. Tight this needs at least 5 years in the bottle. Since I collect these I know this will be incredible down the road therefore the high rating. For experts only 😏.

Similar impression to the last vintage though maybe a little leaner, if such a thing is even possible! This is probably the palest, most ethereal red wine in the world.

Tricky vintage. Was expecting a bit more from this to be honest. Bottle variation?
