Frühtau trocken Riesling

Prominent Riesling nose, Concorde white grape juice, slight lemon hints, wet stone, and maybe a hint of apricot and underripe pear, and this has been open a week! Beautiful Crystal color, with hints of green and gold in the middle, medium to light body, with a prominent palate, and notes of crisp green apple, green pear, and underripe lemon. Great pairing for spring rolls!

Developing. Tightly-coiled as expected, gave it a full day. Rubber, mint, wet stone, flaky minerals, nice poise & balance. Lovely work.

Petrol upon opening with hint of cats pee and cigarettes (in a good way). Not especially acidic but quite dry. Still very fun to sip. Would be great at 2/3rds the price.
