Agree with both @Tom Casagrande’s reviews. Clean and fresh. Really good.

Pears with bright acidity - classic finger lakes Dry Riesling. So good....pairing with shrimp, orzo and basil with feta.

Really deep yet crisp petrol and stone fruit flavors; dry but not without juiciness. Grand!

Nice job for a tough year. This is a blue collar Riesling. Dark brass color, earthy nose, with loads of petrol-like minerality and lots of dried apricot. Intense and relatively weighty in the mouth, it packs a good initial wallop of minerality, with a bit of fruit, in a bone dry framework. Good acids. Persistence on the finish is lacking a bit, but otherwise lots of character.I agree with a prior tasting note I saw that this — surprisingly for a young wine — tastes like a well-aged Spatlese Trocken.
