Showing citrus, lemons, limes, grapefruits, green apples, minerals and white pepper. Crisp and refreshing.
Dry with medium plus acidity. More of a French style than Napa.
Nice and refreshing on a hot day.

Very smooth and creamy. More so than most new world sauv blancs I’ve had. The acid is nice but it isn’t like a grapefruit punch in the face.

Crisp with a faint trace of acidity. Notes of green apple and slightly mineral. A nice wine overall.

All Sauvignon Blanc from Napa. The hue is clear with a faint touch of green and scents of grapefruit, lemon and wet stone. On the mouth there are citrus favors, of cours, also honeydew melon and minerals. The finish is fresh as mist and expertly balanced.

Zachary said it best. Citrus with some mild mineral. Crisp lingering citrus finish. Paired very well with middle eastern and North African cuisine with a bit of spice
