Just love the Brochet wines. This is 2012 base. Greater richness than earlier bottlings. Great salinity and tension. Oyster shell. Very fresh.

Fresh, ripe apples, Japanese pear, light yeastiness, and biscuits. I don't have a great nose but it very much smelled like a basket of ripe Fuji apples. Very fine bubbles, but sharp and made its presence felt.
