Super herbal, even for vermouth. With a splash of soda and a citrus twist, pretty perfect as a weekend afternoon apero. Nice in a white negroni, too.

i had this vermouth with sesame balls. i added seltzer as i drank more. it was light, herbaceous, notes of chamomile and a splash of lemon. the lemon became more present as the seltzer was added.
