I'm loving sherries lately. My first Manzanilla. Truly excellent slight nuttiness, tart and clean. Awesome in an Adonis.

Apparently I love manzanilla sherry. Who knew? Briney aftertaste.

Incredibly hard to drink. Olive brine and saline dominate with a rough finish

Light straw color; nose has liquor and some rubber; taste is light, briney, and very mineral; there's a medium smooth, saline finish, like water from an oyster. This is the first fino sherry I've had in over a decade. I didn't like it at first, but the next day, served directly from the fridge, I appreciated the more muted flavors. I definitely don't like it as much as traditional aromatic white wine, but I do appreciate its qualities. May buy again, but more for the learning experience than for sheer enjoyment.
