Admittedly my first Fino sherry but it was rather enjoyable. Bone dry with savoury herb and almond undertones. Good by itself and makew an excellent Bamboo cocktail as well! ($17) [5/13/20]

Great with pintxos and I put 2 cups in the marmitako seafood stick where it showed genius.
