3 En Rama Fino De El Puerto De Santa Maria Sherry Palomino Fino

Spring 2014 saca. #RamaBaby. I wish my local distributor had a more recent saca available, but this is still moderately fresh. It misses that something special that is possible with really fresh en Rama bottlings. Medium yellow, bone dry, steely. Perfect with fried eggplants and homemade pita chips.

Their best "en Rama" year in and year out. Fresh, saline, and vibrant. Pass the jamon, please.

Funkier and lighter in body than the Fino de Jerez. Stinky cheese rind and green olives.
