Yummy. Caramel peach nose. Nutty dates with a hint of bitter mocha. Sweet but balanced acidity. Long finish of sticky toffee pudding.

Nuts and moss on the nose with bruised apples, dates, figs and toffee on the palate. Very sweet! The notes on the palate were MUCH better than what I was getting on the nose.

Rich and complex. It as sweetness but a tart acid balance. Raisins, nuts, hints of aromatic herbs. Now if only I had some tapas......
