Earthy, green, raspberry, stemmy spice, clove, slight menthol/fresh leaves, tea, a little medicinal note, light bodied, mouthwatering acidity and a long fresh finish. I’m a fan. Absolutely killing it with bbq’d pork loin and chicken 😋

I think the girlfriend summed it up perfectly. Tastes like Pinot, noir that is.

A fine producer of classic Alsatian varietals throwin' some PN into the mix. Light all the way - from fruit to tannin. Throw in the fridge if you want to shake things up a bit. Good wine for you Thanksgiving table!

Very light and smooth but flavorful. Very light in the tannins too. It had berry flavors (blackberries, maybe) but didn't have that "dry your tongue out feeling). I really enjoyed this as a glass or two to enjoy without dinner. The husband stored it in the fridge by accident (forgot how to store wine?). So the next night we decanted it and left it out for a bit to warm up. It was still slightly cold but I really liked it this way. I would probably do that again on purpose.

Very earthy. Good with hearty stew or goulash.

Yes that's right a Pinot noir from Alsace - in a Riesling bottle - they didn't even reprint the label that said Alsace white wine :)
