9 months ago this wine was a bit simple. Now it's got a hint of petrol along with a nice lemon and honeysuckle aspect. Had it tonight with curried beef noodle soup and it was a winner.

Grapey, with citrus, slate and flowers. Medium+ sweetness and acidity. A good foil to the curried shrimp we had this with.

A little sweeter than I expected but carried well by the crisp acidity. Lots of apple and pear, floral as well. A lovely wine with thanksgiving turkey!
