Lovely but rather fleeting compared to the 2010 from a few days ago. Less apple and more funk, just not too much depth and carry

Concentration, texture, even a little tannin. This wine is really interesting.

Saline orchard fruit. Hint of bitters and nutmeg

This an extremely aromatic wine but needs a few more years in the bottle to lose its funk.

Great structure & persistent drinks well but will benefit for a looooong aging.

Vino unico e originale, è fatto a mano e si sente. Non filtrato, molto sapido, persistente. Da riprovare il giorno dopo l'apertura
