A terrific wine to celebrate our anniversary. Opened nicely with some air. Some slight oxidative notes and slight reduction initially but mostly passes. Very complex, minerals apple, savory herb notes. Ah just good stuff.

So good, pretty floral nose, but citrus, stone fruit and pleasant bitterness on the palate. Great balance!

Still young, has some co2, once it blew off, great flavor, smooth, will revisit after more bottle age
