Sweet, fruity dessert wine with fine bubbles. Special because there aren't a lot of wines like it that I've had. While a little sweet for my taste it is the kind of wine that if you had at the right time (summer, island, with oysters) it'd be part of a perfect memory. If you drink it any other time, it makes you imagine you're someplace perfect. A special wine for its own reasons. I do not recommend anyone open this wine for any big zin / Parker lover wine fans.
