Opened at 2:30 for dinner that evening. Double decanted just prior to dinner. Lovely. Red fruits. Resiny, herbal savory notes. No rush.

This was really special. The 04 vintage was one of the greats for Grasso's wines & was the best of show at our tasting. Amazing wine with a long life ahead.
