We bought this bottle in Alba, while on a Stanford hiking trip through the Langhe. After 4 years, we opened it, and found a dark colored, light fruity wine, which was also quite dry. A great complement to a pasta meal.

Smooth Carmel and oak tones. Cherry and cranberry fruit. Finishes lovely. Dolcettos are some of my favorite Italian reds. Mild dryness. Pairs with most food.
