Nose of; apricots, marmalade, dry pineapple, peach and yellow floral bouquet. Palate is; dry pineapple, peach, marmalade, nut skins, canned pears, lemon, candied melon balls, orange peel, citrus blossoms & yellow florals round and elegant mouthfeel with mellow acidity. It's like Sauternes but lighter in body and intensity. Top photo shows their new Cellar Door in the center back of the photo that will open in 2-3 months. Complete with a swimming pool and many extra perks. Including, hosting a major tennis event with a US open winner already signed.

Apr 16th, 2017Nose is ripe pear and apricot, beautiful dried pineapple, mango, and banana chip on the palate. For such ripe flavors, surprisingly delicate texture. No signs of botrytis, but a pleasant dessert wine in its own right.

Feb 22nd, 2019Great Australian semillon dessert wine. Vanilla, pepper, white chocolate, provincial herbs. Thick viscosity with very little acidity. Somm said the wine makers wanted to copy the flavor profile of d’yquem minus the acidity.

Jun 20th, 20182015 vintage. Dried apricot, candied pineapple, red papaya, honeycomb, white flowers, quince, candied citrus peel, tangerine marmalade. Good dessert wine. Had with bleu cheese and accoutrements.

May 22nd, 2017Honeysuckle and perfumey potpourri on the nose, mead-like, honeyed and slightly floral in the mouth with the flavor of dried pear predominating. Restrained and not too viscous. Nice.
