This was very interesting. It plays a richer denser style of Bonarda with plenty of soft chocolatey tannins due to good color extraction and fermentation/skin management. Some wild red fruits, a hint of gaminess, subtle baking spice.

Bonarda on a wacky railroad. A lot of different tastes come up while drinking this. Ate it with self made Napoli style pizza while breaking the rules using a litte Asian herbs in the squized tomato. Will buy again.
