Nose went through an interesting evolution as it opened up. Notes of strawberry, violets, top soil, baking spice and a touch of manure.

Ripe and fruity but elegant. Strawberry, cranberry, touch of oaky creaminess, with some floral notes. Good acidity, smooth tannins, and a touch of heat.

Really well made stuff. Really enjoyed the complex nose and balanced palate.

2009. Surprisingly bold in a good way. Full flavored with a clean fruit mouthfeel.

Some beautiful new school Oregon Pinot.
