Nov 28th, 2016Who would have thought that a WA white would age well. This one is proof. Still a nice bit of acidity to it. Went really well with our chicken dish tonight. Saving some for tomorrow.

Sep 2nd, 2017This wine really suits my tastes; I'm not a huge fan of super oaky/buttery Chardonnays. This wine had some balanced acidity out the gate and as it opened up, gave off very interesting marzipan-like candy flavors. It became sweeter as it sat, but the acidity stayed with it to balance it the whole time. If you are looking for something interesting, buy this bottle!

Aug 8th, 201525% new french oak is keeping things level while also adding a degree of measurable depth. Well balanced and lively too. The acids are just enough to cut through the slight juiciness, exposing more of the Chardonnay itself. Could see myself drinking this often on a warm summer day.
