Jan 27th, 2020Still very primary. Good balance of sweet black and blue fruits with black olive, oregano, and smoked meat notes. Has a little whiff of barnyard funk. Full body, subtle but well-integrated tannins, and vibrant acidity. Will need to find more bottles to see how this evolves over time.
