Incredible and wild nose…. Petrol, hyacinth, ginger, honeysuckle, yeast and beeswax.
Palate echoes the nose in a very elegant and sophisticated way.

There is so much here, that will be revealed over the next 10-15 years. For now, drinking it can only be called infanticide. Sad 😔 I popped now.
