This was interesting and not to mention INCREDIBLE!! Aged for 10 years, softening, but layers upon layers of personalities!!!!

This was youthful, fresh, drinking like a newly released wine that had a linear, steely style with racy acids, citrus, limestone & mineral note.

Citrus, bone dry, mineral, clean & pure with good acidity.

Opened 10/19/17. Acidic minerals and white floral notes on nose. Great tension and energy on palate with long finish. Yum. Fresh still after twelve years. What a deal Acker 9.

Straight up lemon dessert. Gorgeous wine.

Such a nice wine. It starts with citrus hints on the nose but follows with stone fruits and a nice minerality. I had some with Parmigiano-Reggiano and it amplified x1000 the nutty flavors of an already complex cheese.

Pretty cool wine. Great texture and a waxed and layered finish
