開けたては、そっけなくて酸主体だが、半分くらい減ってきたら、旨味とそれらの要素がつぎつ出てくる。ミネラル主体の味わい。

Had it after it was open for 24hrs. Malvasia comes through on the nose. Lots of brûlée, not so much acid. A bit viscous. Something marshmallow-y about the airy sweetness. Very nice — 6 months ago
