WTF? This was unexpected. Smells like a cape gooseberry, like warm pineapple crème brûlée. Almost like it has a touch of botrytis. Starts über fat, sweet, and oily like a dessert wine and then screaming laser acid saves the day. The flavor is the same as the nose. Not sure I could really pair this with food but it sure is interesting.
