Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Black cherry, currant, tobacco, leather all mixed together with a hint of nutmeg. Paired very well with a flavorful lamb and basmati dish.

Why do I NEVER get a reply when I ask for an expert review??? This is an Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon NOT a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. That's obvious. The winery wrote me back. Hello Delectable wine app!!! Come in please??!!

Jul 23rd, 2021This needed a TON of air. However, it might have improved tenfold overnight. What was tight, ripe and unbalanced at 9pm on night 1 was much more muted, integrated and subtle at 7pm on night 2. The result was a significant jump in rating relative to last night. Be sure to give it four or five hour decant. Or ideally, have it over multiple nights.
