Aug 30th, 2020Clean bright medium- nose with jasmine and daisy. Creamy medium mouthfeel (more like whole milk not cream) and surprisingly not terribly acidic. Mild mannered flavour similar to jasmine tea and lychee. Enjoyed with a veggie curry with home made tempeh.

Placeholder. But really interesting at open. Crisp with a slight hint of a sherry thing going on. Love the fact it was in a concrete egg.
