Carbonic fermentation and aging in concrete amphora make this a deliciously bright and fruity wine with silky tannins. Fresh and delicious. — 10 years ago
Nice California Syrah. Fruit forward, with dark fruits and in particular blackberry, but still retains a savory backbone of black pepper and an almost gamey quality. Medium body and medium acidity, great with grilled food. — a year ago
Bright and crisp with long finish. Paired well with fish tacos — 5 years ago
Clean bright medium- nose with jasmine and daisy. Creamy medium mouthfeel (more like whole milk not cream) and surprisingly not terribly acidic. Mild mannered flavour similar to jasmine tea and lychee. Enjoyed with a veggie curry with home made tempeh. — 9 years ago
Crisp. Flinty. Light to medium. Held up nicely into Day 2. — 9 years ago

Seems to have received mixed opinions, but I just say that’s “sour grapes”. This is a natural wine, medium – bodied, rustic, delicate with grapefruit and olive brine. Only 50 cases made. ABV 11%. — 7 days ago
