Sep 10th, 2014The cool 2011 vintage really helped preserve the acidity on this delicious wine, whose perfume is of grasses, bamboo, and an intriguing note of candied pineapple/guava. More of the same on the palate with very good body, excellent acidity, and a beautiful long finish.

Flavors are sooooo CA. Rich, ripe. So! Much! Fruit! A lot to ingest. Not in the sauv blanc style I know. A Chard style,
