The cool 2011 vintage really helped preserve the acidity on this delicious wine, whose perfume is of grasses, bamboo, and an intriguing note of candied pineapple/guava. More of the same on the palate with very good body, excellent acidity, and a beautiful long finish.

Lots of honey for a Sauv blanc, but a nice, smooth transition to minerals and a slight perfume aroma. Really delightful.
