What color. Golden spun straw. Aroma is pure honey and quince. Smells like the ripe fruits. Like exactly. Flavors are a bit funky. Tart, apple-y, pear-like. It’s a bit like beer too. A sour maybe. Or a saison. Definitely a quince in a bottle kind of drink. Could maybe have a hint more carbonation to give more zip, but this is a fun thing to drink for a quince lover.

Wish it was sparkling. It would compliment the flavor so well and add a lot of dimension.

Really pretty, almost honeyed, aromatic pure quince cider from San Juan Islands. Would be great w pork or curries. Think Gewürz or Albariño as wine cognates...
