Very tight. More notes later.
In 375. After an hour, some very nice mineral notes came out, and some tart-ish berries. This wine needs time and/or air.

Earthy nose of potting soil and forest floor, with raspberry, pepper finish. Tart, with subtle ripe fruits forward. Tight tannins after 1.5 hours of opening. Tart finish. Nice!

Excellent. Strong, funky note of wet wood on the nose, along with floral notes (roses) once it opens a bit. Some soap too. Structured on the palate, some tannin. This is really good, especially for $25. Pandemic bottle #9.
