Wednesday Wine Committee. 1 sparkler, 3 whites, 4 reds and 1 dessert wine. Blind as usual.
Label was in bad shape but the wine wasn’t. Very Oregon like in my opinion showing plenty of herbal character but a core of black cherry, old fig and red clay blend together nicely to make the layers of this strut its Burgundian pedigree. I called this Oregon pinot.
