Ripe cherry and pencil lead. Tannins are soft and the finish is long. Acidity provides structure. This and a rare NY strip work so well together.

Wow. Black fruit, some purple fruit. Juicy acidity with totally integrated tannin. Sea spray, menthol, pine, graphite, tree bark/saw dust.
