This is the Subida 25 cuvée. It’s massive. Lots of orchard fruit and deep minerals on the nose, along with a lanolin note I usually associate with Semillon! Full-bodied, dry, low acid flavors. Very long finish with the alcohol poking through a bit on the finish. It’s got a lot of character but seems a bit unbalanced.
