1 - 12oz NY Strip and a bottle of this! Boom.

Really pleasant even at this young age.

Somewhat pedestrian. 2015. Dry, unpretentious, good and not great.

Nice Cabernet. Dark purple color. Plum and blackberry on the nose. Smooth tannins. Black cherry with notes of fig and plum.

Oak, a nice clean mouth feel. After aeration it releases the light red fruit.

Delicious with rich steak
