A good Merlot with dark red fruit flavors some oak, spice and vanilla. Another Duckhorn wine we like with a steak off the grill.

Raspberry on the nose with faint coffee, graphite and herbaceous notes (sage?). Black cherry and to a lesser degree chocolate and soil on the palate. Medium tannins.
