This seems made for BBQ. Lovely deep ruby. The nose is full of red fruit, smoke and spice. The taste brings out the smoky tobacco and spices. The acidity is moderate, as are the tannins. The balance between them is great. The finish is pleasing, lingering for a bit.

Dark Ruby color and full bodied. Lots of red fruit flavors combined with earthy minerality and lots of pepper spice notes on the strong tannic finish. Delicious fantastic Zin!
